Symptom : The savings screen doesn’t display correctly Remedy: This can occur if you have a generic Microsoft display driver that may have been installed when installing/upgrading your operating system. To upgrade the driver to the manufactures own driver please follow these stepsGo to control panel> System > Device Manager |

Expand the Display adapter’s category and then double click your graphics card |

| Then select the Driver tab Now click the update driver button |

Here you can either let Windows automatically check to see if there is a more recent driver or you can select a driver manually - either one that came on a CD or one downloaded from the manufactures website |

Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation, the ecobutton savings screen should now display correctly. |
Note: If you are still experiencing problems try adjusting your display resolution to a native setting via the Control Panel > Display > Screen resolution and/or try adjustingthe DPI settings. |
